What we import from HubSpot
- HubSpot conversations and message text
- Customer name when available
- Company name when the customer is associated with a company
- Identifiers required for accurate syncs and to prevent duplicate data
What we do NOT import from HubSpot
- We do not import broad CRM exports of data unrelated to the conversations being reviewed
- We do not have write access back into your HubSpot account
- We do not access any data outside the read-only approvals you provide
How to setup the HubSpot integration
- 1Visit your Data sources page and click the HubSpot Integration
- 2Select the backfill window and tap the Connect HubSpot button
- 3You will be prompted to log in to your HubSpot account. Have your HubSpot administrator complete this step and approve the requested HubSpot permissions
- 4All of your HubSpot conversations will be pulled into qualantiv and automatically categorized via AI
- 5Check your dashboard to see your top customer problem categories, summaries, and customer quotes or search to see specific customer conversations
