Privacy policy

Effective date: July 14, 2026

This policy covers how qualantiv handles account information, imported conversation data, and information imported from connected integrations such as HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom with Fin, and selected Google Forms.

Overview

qualantiv helps organizations analyze customer feedback and support conversations. This policy explains what information qualantiv receives, how that information is used, and how integration data fits into the service.

This service and policy is intended for organizations and users in the United States. If you need a separate legal review or contract, contact qualantiv before using the service in a regulated or non-U.S. context.

Information we collect

We collect information you provide directly, such as account details, organization setup information, source display names, team and role settings, and support communications.

We also collect information that your organization chooses to import to qualantiv, including CSV uploads and supported integration conversation sources.

How we use information

qualantiv uses imported data for categorization, summaries, customer quotes, search, reports, source management, and operational monitoring.

We use account and usage data to administer the service, keep integrations working, prevent abuse, troubleshoot issues, and improve product quality.

Connected provider integrations

If your organization connects HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom with Fin, or Google Forms, qualantiv may receive conversation text, survey questions and responses, selected Form titles and question structure, limited customer context such as contact, email, or company names when available, provider identifiers needed for syncing, and connection metadata such as source status and last sync time.

For Google Forms specifically, qualantiv requests the Google Drive drive.file scope and the read-only forms.body.readonly and forms.responses.readonly scopes. You explicitly select Forms through Google Picker. Google Picker and drive.file provide per-file Drive access for those selected Forms, and qualantiv limits its Google Forms API calls to the Form IDs you select. qualantiv uses Google Drive only to verify that a selected file is a Google Form and to read its title and limited file metadata. qualantiv does not list your Google Drive or access unrelated Drive files.

The read-only Google Forms scopes let qualantiv read the question structure and historical and new responses from selected Forms so it can provide source syncing, search, categorization, summaries, quotes, dashboards, and reports. qualantiv does not create, edit, delete, share, or submit Google Forms or responses. qualantiv does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising. qualantiv’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

qualantiv stores provider access tokens and refresh tokens only as needed to maintain the connection your organization authorized. Those credentials are used to perform the syncs you request, are protected as service configuration data, and are not sold or shared for advertising purposes.

Sharing and subprocessors

We may use infrastructure, hosting, analytics, database, and AI processing vendors to operate qualantiv. Those providers process information on our behalf in order to deliver the service. Where a provider processes Google user data, it does so on our behalf only as needed to provide or secure user-facing qualantiv functionality and is not authorized by qualantiv to sell that data or use it for advertising.

We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to protect qualantiv, our users, or others, or to comply with applicable law or legal process.

Retention and deletion

We retain account, configuration, and synced feedback data for as long as needed to operate the service, support your organization, comply with legal obligations, and maintain reasonable backup and audit practices.

If you delete a source, future syncs stop for that source, stored connection credentials for that source are deleted, and previously imported conversation or response data for that source is deleted from the workspace, subject to the backup, audit, and legal retention practices described above.

Security

qualantiv uses technical and organizational measures designed to protect customer data. These measures include secure authentication, row-level security (RLS), and infrastructure hosted and backed up on AWS. Data is encrypted at rest with AES-256 and in transit via TLS through our infrastructure providers. We also design our systems to limit unnecessary access to customer data and continue to strengthen them over time.

Your choices

Your organization controls which sources it connects to qualantiv, which Google Forms it selects, and what feedback it uploads. You can delete a source at any time. You may also revoke qualantiv’s Google access through your Google Account; future Google Forms syncs will stop when the authorization is no longer valid, but you should delete the source in qualantiv if you also want to remove its previously imported data. You can contact us for help understanding what data is present in your workspace.
