Connect HubSpot to qualantiv
This setup guide covers how to connect HubSpot to qualantiv, the type of data that is imported from HubSpot to qualantiv, and troubleshooting common problems
Our HubSpot integration imports customer conversation history into qualantiv nightly. We use AI to analyze each of your conversations and update your dashboard to show which customer problems are trending, and allow you to dive deeper with AI-powered summaries and search
- Have your business's HubSpot account owner or admin complete the initial setup process to connect HubSpot to qualantiv
- Decide how much recent conversation history you want to import during the first backfill: 30, 60, 90 days or none
- 1. In qualantiv, open Data sources
- 2. Click the HubSpot integration
- 3. Select the initial backfill window you want to import: 30, 60, 90 days, or None
- 4. Click Connect HubSpot. You will be directed to your HubSpot to log in to your account and approve the requested read-only HubSpot permissions
- 5. Return to qualantiv and your HubSpot conversations will begin syncing to qualantiv
Once you connect HubSpot to your qualantiv account, we will import just the essentials to capture the conversations you have had with your customers via chat
- HubSpot chat conversation thread text and messages
- Customer name when available
- Company name when that customer is associated with a company record
- HubSpot identifiers required for imports and to prevent duplicate records
- Internal notes added by support agents when available
- We do not import broad CRM data unrelated to the imported conversations
- We do not have write access back to your HubSpot account
- We do not access any data outside the read-only approvals you provide
After the connection is set up, your recent HubSpot conversations will be imported, then we will run nightly syncs to pull your latest conversations every night
- Recent conversations are imported based on the backfill window selected during setup
- After the first import, nightly feedback syncs pull in new HubSpot conversations automatically
- Imported conversations appear in Search and in your dashboard where you can see top categories, AI summaries, and customer quotes
Here are common problems and solutions for the HubSpot integration:
Solution: Check to ensure the conversation falls inside the backfill window you selected during setup. If not, please contact support and we can run a one-time manual feedback sync and confirm your source is still connected
Solution: Update the contact or company record in HubSpot, then it will be updated in qualantiv during the next nightly sync. qualantiv re-reads contact and company information during nightly syncs
Solution: qualantiv is still a new and HubSpot displays this warning until we reach a minimum number of connected customers required to be qualified for a HubSpot Marketplace listing. The warning will continue to appear until that threshold is met. As an early qualantiv customer, your connection helps us get closer to qualifying for a Hubspot Marketplace listing, and once we do, this warning will no longer show up
