Terms of service

These terms govern use of the qualantiv platform by organizations and their authorized users.
Use of the service
qualantiv provides software for importing, organizing, searching, and analyzing customer feedback and support conversations. You may use the service only on behalf of your organization and only in accordance with these terms.
Accounts and organization access
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for making sure that only appropriate users are invited into your organization workspace. Your organization is responsible for the actions taken under its accounts.
Connected sources and permissions
If you connect a third-party provider such as HubSpot, Zendesk, Intercom, or Google Forms, you represent that your organization has the right to authorize that connection and share the relevant support, survey, or feedback data with qualantiv. qualantiv will use that authorization only to operate the integration and related product features. For Google Forms, qualantiv uses read-only access to form structure, form responses, and the limited Google Drive metadata required to identify and list forms available to connect, and does not use that access to create, edit, delete, or share Google Forms or other Google Drive content.
Customer data
Your organization retains responsibility for the content and legality of the customer feedback, conversations, and uploads it brings into qualantiv. You should not use the service for data that you do not have the right to process.
Fees and plan limits
Some features depend on your organization’s active plan, including source limits and ongoing feedback sync behavior. If your plan changes, qualantiv may adjust feature access and source syncing to reflect the current entitlement.
Acceptable use
You may not use qualantiv to violate law, infringe rights, interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, or process data in a way that is abusive, deceptive, or materially harmful to others.
Availability and changes
We may update, improve, or discontinue features from time to time. Integrations with third-party providers depend in part on those providers remaining available and compatible with the qualantiv service.
Disclaimers and limitation
qualantiv is provided on an as-available basis. Analysis outputs such as summaries, quotes, or categorizations are intended to assist human teams and should not be treated as a substitute for business, legal, or regulatory judgment.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated, if the service is used unlawfully, or if continued access would create material risk for qualantiv or others. Your organization may stop using the service at any time.
