Once you connect Salesforce, new supported email conversations are synced into qualantiv automatically every night
- Salesforce email conversation threads stored in EmailMessage
- Customer names and email addresses when they are available in the synced thread or related case
- Associated company names when Salesforce exposes them through the related case account
- Identifiers required for accurate syncs and to prevent duplicate imports
- We do not import broad Salesforce CRM exports unrelated to the synced conversations
- We do not have write access back into your Salesforce org
- We do not import phone calls, notes, or messaging channels that are not stored as supported email threads
- 1Visit your Data sources page and click the Salesforce integration
- 2Select the backfill window and click the Connect Salesforce button
- 3Log in to Salesforce with an administrator account and approve API access plus offline access so qualantiv can continue syncing nightly
- 4After authorization, qualantiv connects your Salesforce org and begins importing supported email conversation threads into your workspace
