We check for new Salesforce activity every night
Once you connect Salesforce, new support email conversations are synced into qualantiv automatically every night. This ensures you always working off the latest customer concerns
- Salesforce email conversation threads stored in EmailMessage
- Customer names and email addresses when they are available in the synced thread or related case
- Associated company names when Salesforce makes them available
- Identifiers required for accurate syncs and to prevent duplicate imports
- We do not import broad Salesforce data field exports unrelated to the synced conversations
- We do not have write access back into your Salesforce org
- We do not import phone calls, notes, or messaging channels that are not stored as supported email threads
- 1Visit your Data sources page and click the Salesforce integration
- 2Select the backfill window and click the Connect Salesforce button
- 3Log in to Salesforce with an administrator account and approve API access plus offline access so qualantiv can continue nightly syncs
- 4After authorization, qualantiv connects to your Salesforce org and begins importing supported email conversation threads into your qualantiv dashboards and search
