What we import from Intercom
- Intercom conversation threads and message text
- Customer names when available
- Company names when Intercom provides them as part of the conversation or lead data
- Intercom identifiers required for stable syncs and to prevent duplicate data imports
What we do NOT import from Intercom
- We do not access broad data unrelated to the Intercom conversations being imported
- We do not have write access back into your Intercom workspace
- We do not access data outside the read-only permissions your organization approves when setting up the connection
How to setup the Intercom integration
- 1Visit your Data sources page and click the Intercom Integration
- 2Select the backfill window and click the Connect Intercom button
- 3You will be prompted to log in to Intercom. Have an Intercom workspace administrator complete this step and approve the requested Intercom permissions
- 4Your Intercom conversations will be pulled into qualantiv and automatically categorized via AI. Then review top problems, summaries, and quotes in your dashboard or Search
