Once you connect a Google Forms survey to qualantiv, we will backfill your prior responses and all responses you receive going forward will automatically be pulled into qualantiv every night

Google Forms responses are categorized by AI and summarized on your dashboard. You can also search across all of your responses or apply filters like date, source, or customer
Add more Google Forms over time
Each Google Form is added as a separate source, so you can connect additional surveys as you launch new research initiatives or feedback surveys
- Form questions and responses text from each Google Form you select
- Customer names and company names when present in the response
- The Google Form title to label each survey as its own source
- Per-file access to only the Google Forms you explicitly select through Google Picker
- We do not have write access to your Google Forms or responses in Google
- We do not import files outside the Google Forms you explicitly choose during setup
- We do not request access to list your Google Drive or inspect unrelated Drive files
- 1Visit your Data sources page and click the Google Forms integration
- 2Select the backfill window and click the Connect Google Forms button
- 3Log in with a Google account that can access the Forms you want to import and approve the requested read-only permissions
- 4After Google redirects you back to qualantiv, use Google Picker to explicitly select one or more Forms. Each selected Form appears as its own source on your dashboard and search pages
