Import feedback into qualantiv from almost anywhere
CSV import gives you a dependable fallback option to ensure feedback is tracked in qualantiv regardless of where it came from. Use the CSV import option to import feedback from exported reports, survey response downloads, or other feedback tools
See AI summaries and search imported feedback
Once your CSV file is imported, responses are categorized by AI and summarized on your dashboard. You can also search across all of your responses and filter by date, name, organization, and other fields
Download a sample file and add your data from anywhere
You will have the option to download a sample CSV file. You can then fill in the fields you have available such as date, name, company, email, and tags. All fields are optional other than the feedback text itself.
- Customer feedback message text is required
- The date and time the feedback was received if you include it, otherwise we substitute the upload time if not included
- Customer names, emails, company, and tags if you include them
- We do not support importing Excel workbooks or file formats other than .csv
- We do not import attachments or media files referenced outside the CSV file itself
- We do not import rows beyond a 5,000 feedback row limit in a single upload
- 1Visit your Data sources page and click the CSV Import integration
- 2Choose a display name for the CSV source and download the example file to use as a starting template
- 3Upload a CSV file and once qualantiv validates the format, your data will be imported into qualantiv
- 4You can see the imported feedback in Search and your dashboard once processing is complete
